2. How to Claim Warranty Service
- Gather Order Details: Locate your Printovex order number (PVX-XXXXX) and the machine serial number located on the printer rear label.
- Submit Diagnostics: Email support@printovex.shop with a brief description and photo/video evidence of the hardware anomaly.
- Engineering Evaluation: Our technical team will review the telemetry within 24 business hours. If a defect is confirmed, replacement parts or RMA freight instructions will be dispatched immediately.
3. Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover issues resulting from unauthorized third-party firmware flashing, physical impact drops, water immersion, or modifications that violate official operating instructions.
