1. Eligibility Requirements
- 3D Printers & AMS Units: Must be in original, unblemished cosmetic condition with original protective foam packaging, cables, tools, and accessories included.
- Filaments & Consumables: Must be unopened in their original vacuum-sealed packaging with intact desiccant bags.
- Spare Parts & Hotends: Unused, unmounted, and in original protective packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@printovex.shop with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid insured return shipping label within 24 hours.
- Safely pack the items and drop off the package at any authorized courier station.
3. Refund Processing
Once your returned item arrives at our inspection facility, our engineers inspect the hardware within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
