At Printovex, we ensure that every high-precision 3D printer, delicate optical sensor, and vacuum-sealed filament spool is securely packaged, palletized or foam-cradled, and dispatched with insured express tracking.
1. Order Processing & Handling Times
- Handling Time: All orders are verified, inspected, and handed over to shipping couriers within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are prioritized for same-day or next-day warehouse dispatch.
2. Transit Times & Delivery Carriers
- Standard Domestic Delivery: 3 to 5 business days across the Continental United States.
- Carriers: We partner with FedEx Ground, UPS, and specialized freight carriers for heavy multi-printer pallet shipments.
- Shipping Rates: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all 3D printers, AMS units, and orders exceeding $50.00 within the contiguous USA.
3. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order leaves our fulfillment facility, an automated shipment confirmation email containing your direct tracking number will be delivered to your inbox. You may also track your shipment live using our Track Your Order page.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Every shipment is fully insured against transit loss and physical damage. If your package arrives with damaged packaging, please take photos immediately and contact support@printovex.shop within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
